Welcome to StatLeap™. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the StatLeap platform, website, and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using StatLeap, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and StatLeap.

2. Description of Services

StatLeap provides a no-code machine learning and data analytics platform that enables users to perform data analysis, visualization, and machine learning tasks without writing code. Our services include access to ML tools, case studies, educational resources, and related features.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use our services.

4. Subscription and Payment

  • Some features require a paid subscription or one-time purchase.
  • All fees are stated in U.S. dollars.
  • You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred.
  • Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice.
  • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access.

5. No Refund Policy

  • All sales are final. No refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
  • By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
  • We encourage you to review all product information before making a purchase.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any laws.
  • Share your account credentials with others or allow unauthorized access.

  • Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful data.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the services or servers.
  • Scrape, harvest, or collect information from the platform without permission.
  • Use the services to infringe on intellectual property rights.
  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the services.

7. Intellectual Property

  • StatLeap and its licensors own all rights, title, and interest in the platform, including all intellectual property rights.
  • You retain ownership of data you upload, but grant us a limited license to process it for providing services.
  • The StatLeap name, logo, and trademarks are our exclusive property.
  • You may not use our trademarks without prior written consent.

8. User Content and Data

  • You are solely responsible for the data you upload to our platform.
  • We do not permanently store uploaded datasets - they are deleted after analysis.
  • You represent that you have the right to upload and process any data you submit.
  • You agree not to upload sensitive personal information unless necessary and lawful.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STATLEAP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless StatLeap and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Termination

  • You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
  • We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms or for any reason with notice.
  • Upon termination, your right to use the services ceases immediately.
  • Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes shall be resolved by arbitration in Bengaluru, India, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

14. Dispute Resolution

Before filing any legal claim, you agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting us at statleap@gmail.com. If we cannot resolve the dispute within 30 days, either party may pursue formal legal proceedings as permitted under these Terms.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other agreements referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and StatLeap regarding your use of the services.
